Thanks, Nouman. Both for your kind words and for pointing out my typos (I can’t believe this is has been up so long and no one has said anything!). I will say that I think marketing is critical but certainly not everything. And definitely will not make up for a bad product/experience. One of the reasons I think people focus on marketing is because you can see it all around every day. Bt the only way to experience a product/service is to be a customer. So people tend to frame things with that lens.
